A JOINT PROJECT OF UREH AND THE FUND “ALAND INVEST”

In April 2020, as a result of an intra-group restructuring, the company GREEN ENERGY TOKMAK LLC was established, which combined all the launch complexes of the largest solar power plant in Ukraine with a total capacity of 65 MW and became a full-fledged participant in the Ukrainian renewable energy market.

The company GREEN ENERGY TOKMAK LLC, whose main field of activity is electricity generation, was created by the corporation UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED (UREH), which is a renewable energy industry subholding company, and the Corporate Investment Fund ALAND INVEST. The companies of the group ASTRA CAPITAL have combined their investment flows for the purpose of further implementation, financing and project management.

It should be noted that the construction project of a 65 MW solar power plant in the Zaporizhzhia region started in 2016 and was completed in 2019. The project was implemented through the subholding UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED (UREH).

GREEN ENERGY TOKMAK LLC is a company whose main activity is the production of electric energy, as well as non-specialized wholesale trade, transmission, distribution of electricity, construction of power supply and telecommunications buildings. The company has been a participant in the Ukrainian renewable energy market since 2020 as an independent producer of electricity from renewable energy sources.

UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED (UREH) is a renewable energy industry subholding company whose activities are aimed at the development and implementation of a number of projects for the construction of solar power plants in the Zaporizhzhia region as part of the implementation of the ASTRA CAPITAL investment strategy.

CIF “ALAND INVEST” is a fund whose priority areas of activity are the financing and construction of solar and wind power plants in Ukraine.
