A NEW MEDIA PROJECT AS PART OF ASTRA CAPITAL

On November 8, 2019, in order to expand the portfolio of projects, the investment group ASTRA CAPITAL acquired a 100% stake in the authorized capital of ART INFO LLC. The company ART INFO LLC, in turn, is the founder and owner of the companies MEDI MEREZHA LLC and INFORM MEREZHA LLC. The above companies are a specialized media subholding managing radio broadcasting in most of Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia region. The main media project is the radio station Radio Format FM.

Radio Format FM is the only non-network regional music radio station that broadcasts in 6 cities of the Zaporizhzhia region – Berdyansk, Primorsk, Tokmak, Pologi, Gulyai-Pole, Orekhov and in 13 districts of the region, providing 70% coverage of the Zaporizhzhia region. In addition to broadcasting, Radio Format FM carries out professional activities in the advertising market, provides auxiliary commercial services, and rents specialized equipment.

ASTRA CAPITAL plans to expand a number of services provided through a new company. In addition to broadcasting, it is planned to carry out activities in the advertising market, the provision of auxiliary commercial services, the provision of specialized equipment for rent.
