Continuing to participate in the financing of real estate construction in Europe, ASTRA CAPITAL GROUP CYPRUS took part in a consortium of companies financing a new project for the construction of a residential complex in Budapest Sunny Side Residence. The construction is carried out by GEOS Group Hungary (address: Hungary, Budapest, Lenhossek street 16).
The Sunny Side Residence residential complex, located in an actively developing area of the city, is a 7-storey building with 71 apartments on a total area of 4078 m². The project includes solar-oriented apartments, large-format glazing and a built-in monosplit climate system. When designing the facility, the emphasis was placed on the use of high-quality materials and the introduction of energy-saving solutions such as shading, renewable energy and heat recovery.
