ASTRA CAPITAL GROUP EXPANDS ITS PRESENCE IN THE FINANCIAL AND INSURANCE SECTOR BY ACQUIRING A STAKE IN ARSENAL INSURANCE IC

Expanding the investment portfolio and areas of activity of the group ASTRA CAPITAL, in January 2020 Ruslan Bozhko became a shareholder of ARSENAL INSURANCE IC (PRIVATE JOINT STOCK COMPANY “ARSENAL INSURANCE COMPANY”) in the amount of 9.99% of the share capital.
