ASTRA CAPITAL INVESTS IN A NEW PROJECT IN THE FIELD OF RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY

In February 2020, as part of the expansion of the group’s portfolio of projects in the field of renewable electricity, ASTRA CAPITAL acquired a share in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of ECOPOWER INVEST LLC.

Since 2018, one of the priorities in investing funds is investing in the development of renewable energy sources in the country. The acquisition of another project, namely the company ECOPOWER INVEST LLC, is the evidence of the continuation of the implementation of this priority. The company’s projects are steadily developing. The fundamental principles in the work of the group of companies ASTRA CAPITAL are always the principles of the rule of law, respect for human rights and ensuring a favorable environment for the development of new specialists.

It is planned that new projects will be coordinated through the new company ECOPOWER INVEST LLC. In this regard, new jobs with stable wages will be created for local youth, and the payment of taxes will contribute to the development of the region’s economy.

ECOPOWER INVEST LLC is a company whose main activity is the production of electric energy, as well as non-specialized wholesale trade, transmission, distribution of electricity, construction of power supply and telecommunication buildings.
