ASTRA CAPITAL PILOT PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE

In July 2020, a new company ASTRA CAPITAL ALLIANCE appeared within the group of companies ASTRA CAPITAL, whose priority areas of activity are connected with trade. ASTRA CAPITAL has international experience and competencies in the main sales markets and, together with ASTRA CAPITAL ALLIANCE, begins trading operations related to agricultural products. Agriculture remains one of the strategically important sectors of the world economy. The agricultural sector of Ukraine is gradually beginning to dominate the structure of the country’s economy. Exports of agricultural and food products are steadily growing. The share of agriculture in GDP has been changing throughout the entire period of Ukraine’s independence (for example, in 2007 it was 7%). Since 2017, its share in GDP was 18%, and its share in the export of raw materials was about 42%. The current situation has an impact on the structure of production and the market, new players and new logistics solutions are emerging.
