In June 2021, ASTRA CAPITAL received an exclusive mandate from partners to act as the primary authorized lead organizer of the campaign to attract additional financing, search for a strategic investor and conduct commercial negotiations from the industry subholding UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED.

As part of the implementation of the mandate, ASTRA CAPITAL performs modeling of financial flows and return on investments, performs an expert assessment of business and asset value, implements legal due diligence procedures, organizes a data room, and makes investment proposals. In addition, a preliminary roadshow was launched and a number of meetings were held.

Interest was expressed by foreign investor companies, including strategic ones – representatives of China, Greece, Qatar, France and other countries. As a result, agreements on investment cooperation and preliminary intentions were signed. Work continues on finalizing transactions.
