CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION OF A RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN HUNGARY

The project, in which ASTRA CAPITAL GROUP CYPRUS participated in a consortium of companies to organize financing for the construction of a residential complex in Hungary Harmony Terrace (address: Hungary, Budapest, Angyalfeldi Street, 18) has successfully moved to the final stage of implementation. All participants in this project are satisfied with the progress of work. Joint participation in the consortium made it possible to distribute financial and operational risks among several participants, which reduced the burden on each individual company. The consortium pooled the resources of different participants, including financial resources, experience and technology, which increased the chances of successful completion of the project. ASTRA CAPITAL GROUP CYPRUS will continue to work in this direction and develop a portfolio of projects in the sector related to the provision of services for arranging and structuring financing, and managing real estate projects.

The Harmony Terrace residential complex is a 7-storey building that includes 98 apartments with a total area of 5995 m². The project is designed with the aim of creating a modern living space that is harmoniously integrated into the natural environment. Significant environmental features include water-saving systems, low energy consumption and heat recovery in ventilation systems.

The construction of the residential complex was carried out by the international construction company GEOS Group Hungary.
