CORPORATION UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED BECAME THE OWNER OF RENEWABLE ENERGY OF ZAPORIZHZHIA LLC

On November 13, 2018, as part of the restructuring and changes in the management structure, the company RENEWABLE ENERGY OF ZAPORIZHZHIA LLC was transferred to the management of the industry subholding UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED (UREH). The corporation UREH has successfully implemented a large-scale project for the construction and commissioning of a solar power plant in the Zaporizhzhia region. One of the ultimate beneficial owners of the foreign company UREH in the amount of 50% of the share of the authorized capital is Ruslan Bozhko.

RENEWABLE ENERGY OF ZAPORIZHZHIA LLC is a company that deals with investment projects for the construction and reconstruction of solar power substations for the production of alternative electricity. The main activity of the company is the production of alternative electricity. In addition, the company’s competence includes other types of professional activities, namely construction and installation work of power supply and telecommunications facilities, transmission and distribution of electricity.
