CREATION OF A NEW CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND IN UKRAINE “ASTRA CAPITAL”

In August 2021, the managing partner of the group of companies ASTRA CAPITAL Ruslan Bozhko decided to expand the scope of activities and create a Corporate Investment Fund in Ukraine “ASTRA CAPITAL” (JOINT STOCK COMPANY CLOSED NON-DIVERSIFIED VENTURE CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND ASTRA CAPITAL). The priority areas of the fund’s activities are: financing, insurance, construction, real estate transactions. The ultimate beneficial owner in the amount of 100% of the share of the authorized capital of the investment fund is Ruslan Bozhko.

ASTRA CAPITAL is an investment group that invests its own capital in projects based on the principle of private equity. ASTRA CAPITAL also provides clients with advisory services for the selection and analysis of assets for investment, operational business management, and fundraising.
