On February 28, 2020, the group of companies ASTRA CAPITAL, as part of the restructuring of its activities, through the group’s company ECOPOWER INVEST LLC, acquires a share in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of RENEWABLE ENERGY ZAPORIZHZHIA LLC. Investment projects in the field of renewable electricity have been successfully implemented by ASTRA CAPITAL in the Zaporizhzhia region since 2016. The group’s companies have extensive experience in this area, and the package of projects that are of regional importance is constantly expanding. In addition, new jobs with stable wages are being created at various stages of project implementation, which is also associated with the payment of taxes for the benefit of the development of the region’s economy.

ECOPOWER INVEST LLC is a company whose main activity is the production of electric energy, as well as non-specialized wholesale trade, transmission, distribution of electricity, construction of power supply and telecommunication buildings.

RENEWABLE ENERGY OF ZAPORIZHZHIA LLC is a company that deals with investment projects for the construction and reconstruction of solar power substations for the production of alternative electricity that can provide areas of Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia region. The main activity of the company is the production of alternative electricity. In addition, the company’s competence includes other types of professional activities, namely construction and installation work of power supply and telecommunication facilities, transmission and distribution of electricity.

ASTRA CAPITAL is an investment group that invests its own capital in projects based on the principle of private equity.
