NEW CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND “ALAND INVEST” IN THE FIELD OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

In 2019, as part of the development of the strategy of the energy industry subholding UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED, the shareholders decided to create a Corporate Investment Fund “ALAND INVEST” in Ukraine. The priority areas of the fund’s activities are the financing and construction of solar and wind power plants.

UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED (UREH) is a renewable energy industry subholding company whose activities are aimed at the development and implementation of a number of projects for the construction of solar power plants in the Zaporizhzhia region as part of the implementation of the ASTRA CAPITAL investment strategy.

ASTRA CAPITAL is an investment group that invests its own capital in projects based on the principle of private equity. ASTRA CAPITAL also provides clients with advisory services for the selection and analysis of assets for investment, operational business management, and fundraising.
