NEW INVESTORS OF THE SUBHOLDING UREH

As part of the implementation of the 2021 mandate to attract investors for the further development of green energy projects and as a result of lengthy negotiations, the group ASTRA CAPITAL successfully finalized agreements on the sale of parts of the corporate packages of the subholding UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS UREH LIMITED to new strategic partners.

The group ASTRA CAPITAL has sold part of its stake in the project to venture investors. Information on the transaction is not disclosed under the terms of confidentiality. The effective ownership share of ASTRA CAPITAL decreased to 12% after the completion of transactions.
