REMOVAL OF THE ARREST FROM THE LAND PLOT OF THE COMPANY ASTRA CAPITAL GROUP

On November 5, 2021, the Ordzhonikidze Court of Zaporizhzhia, granted a petition for the removal of the arrest from the land plot, which belongs to the company ASTRA CAPITAL GROUP LLC. The court accepted the justification set out in the petition for the lifting of the arrest, namely: there was no need for further application of the seizure of property. The unreasonableness of its application was also confirmed. The company, which is a bona fide acquirer, was deprived of the opportunity to use and dispose of its property.

Earlier, on October 11, 2019, within the framework of criminal proceedings on the grounds of criminal offenses provided for by the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Ordzhonikidze Court of Zaporizhzhia seized a land plot of 0.3103 hectares acquired in November 2017 in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, located at the address: Zaporizhzhia, Peremohy Street 35 a, with a prohibition of alienation and orders to them. The company ASTRA CAPITAL GROUP LLC acquired the status of a third party in the framework of this criminal case, in respect of whose property a decision was made to arrest.
