In December 2024, due to a change in the strategic priorities of the ASTRA CAPITAL group and a shift in focus toward the real estate sector, a decision was made to restructure the specialized energy sub-holding UKRAINE RENEWABLE ENERGY HOLDINGS (UREH LIMITED) and sell the corporate rights of the Corporate Investment Fund (CIF) “ALAND INVEST”.
This decision will allow ASTRA CAPITAL to concentrate on other key areas and direct resources to more promising projects, which in turn will increase investment efficiency.
The details of the transaction and information about the new investor, as well as the future investment directions of CIF “ALAND INVEST”, are not disclosed for confidentiality reasons.
CIF “ALAND INVEST” is a fund whose priority areas of activity are the financing and construction of solar and wind power plants in Ukraine.
