NEW PROJECT OF ASTRA CAPITAL GROUP IN ZAPORIZHZHIA

As a result of reviewing strategic directions and prioritizing projects in the residential and commercial real estate sector, ASTRA CAPITAL group, through CIF “ASTRA CAPITAL” together with partners, is implementing a new project in the commercial real estate sector in Zaporizhzhia.

The property is located in the Voznesenovskyi district of Zaporizhzhia. The total area of the premises is 286.6 m². The project aims to create a modern restaurant space with a concept focused on prominent leaders in Ukrainian history who shaped public opinion and the cultural values of the nation.

The partners in this project are the restaurant group AMICI GROUP, which has been present in the city’s restaurant market for over 10 years and has several iconic establishments in its portfolio.

The ideological foundation of the restaurant space is based on the figures of Lesya Ukrainka, Ivan Franko, Serhiy Parajanov, Volodymyr Ivasyuk, Ivan Marchuk, and Vasyl Stus – artists who shaped Ukrainian consciousness through words, music, cinema, and painting. It is their ideas of freedom, dignity, and cultural identity that formed the basis of the establishment’s concept.

The implementation of this project is part of the ASTRA CAPITAL group’s strategy aimed at developing the economy and supporting entrepreneurship in the frontline city of Zaporizhzhia. Such investments are extremely important, especially during the war period, as they create jobs, develop urban infrastructure, and contribute to the development of the Ukrainian economy.
